Four simple steps

• Call or visit our office at Santanno House, 10 Howe Street, Freetown.
• Decide with Limeline’s sales team which Limeline service is best for you and check that your computer is compatible.
• Place your order and pay for the equipment and monthly charges of the package you have selected.
• Agree a suitable day and time for your installation.

The engineer will visit your office or house at the agreed time and will bring with him your modem and everything he needs for your installation. Your computer will need a Network Point.

The modem requires a 13 amp electrical outlet, the same as your computer and we recommend you install a UPS or a surge protector that will protect both your computer and the modem from damage due to an unreliable power supply.

As soon as your computer is connected to the modem, you will be online to the Internet. No software, no fuss – easy!

If you have a laptop and like to work in different rooms of your office or house, we can help you connect a Wi-Fi network to our modem and you can work without wires. Then several computers can connect to the Internet at the same time. You might even want to share the connection with other users in the same building. And, of course, we can do the same thing for companies on a bigger scale.
